The Global Big Data Exchange in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, and the Zhongguancun Big Data Industry Alliance in Beijing recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Guiyang-Gui'an (Shenzhen) Computing Power Exchange Seminar.

According to the agreement, both parties will fully utilize their resources to collaborate with data element circulation entities to research data asset quality assessment standards and certification systems.

This aims to address the need for standardized data asset quality assessment norms and establish a comprehensive data asset quality evaluation framework. The goal is to enhance the usability, reliability, and security of data resources, supporting the incorporation of data resources into financial statements and the assetization of data.

During the enterprise sharing session at the Guiyang-Gui'an (Shenzhen) Computing Power Exchange Seminar, representatives from the Global Big Data Exchange shared insights on the construction of the data element market in Guizhou, the development of the Global Big Data Exchange, and the entire data transaction process.

The Global Big Data Exchange, supported by Guizhou's preferential policies and relying on data trading platforms, aims to encourage the participation of social and corporate data resources.

This will break down data silos and integrate scattered, isolated, and fragmented government and enterprise data, transforming these resources into data products and services. These will then be displayed and traded on data trading platforms.
