Guiyang to arrange sales promotion activities

News from the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce on Nov 16 suggested that Guiyang in Southwest China's Guizhou will carry out a series of promotional activities to stimulate e-commerce consumption.

The city will adopt the e-commerce + livestreaming mode, combining online and offline consumption.

Leveraging the "Double 12" shopping festival and New Year's Day, Guiyang will organize e-commerce products in all categories, organize special sales promotion activities on top e-commerce platforms like Tmall and JD, as well as on local e-commerce platforms, and provide consumers with high-quality shopping experiences through discounts and other ways.

During the event, Guiyang will also hold a Guizhou Time-Honored Brand Carnival, and carry out online and offline sales promotion activities at Qingyun Market and other venues that draw large crowds.

It will also set up an online Guizhou Time-Honored Brand shopping mall, inviting time-honored brands and distributors to settle there.

An online branch of the Time-Honored Brand Carnival will be established to supply consumers with high-quality goods, novel consumption scenes, and a variety of preferential activities.

An on-site New Year goods festival and 2024 Guizhou Spring Festival Goods Festival will also take place.

All of these activities will run until Feb 8, 2024.
