The dragon boat races of the 19th Asian Games – in Hangzhou city, capital of East China's Zhejiang province – were held at the Wenzhou Dragon Boat Sports Center on Oct 4-6.
Representing the country was Wang Liang from Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – and his teammates, who won two gold medals and one silver medal.
They won the men's 200-meters dragon boat race on Oct 4 and the men's 500-meters dragon boat race the next day.
On Oct 6, Wang and his teammates continued to compete in the men's 1,000-meters dragon boat event and clinched silver.
