Most of Guiyang's fresh supermarkets resume on-site business

2022-09-28

From Sept 27, more than 90 percent of fresh supermarkets – supermarkets that mainly sell fresh vegetables and meat – in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, resumed on-site business after weeks of static management.

The supermarkets have strict customer limits and require all customers to show their health codes before entering.

Earlier this year, Guiyang cooperated with companies and established more than 100 fresh supermarkets to benefit the public.

The Guiyang Agricultural Product Logistics Park also resumed operations of its food wholesale center on Sept 27, under strict pandemic prevention and control measures.
