Chinese cruise line Adora Cruises has updated the itinerary plan for the first quarter of 2026, with its vessel Adora Mediterranean making notable adjustments.

According to the new schedule, the Adora Mediterranean will be stationed in Guangzhou. It will no longer travel to Japan but will instead concentrate on popular Southeast Asian destinations. The cruise is set to feature several brief itineraries to Vietnamese ports like Da Nang and Ha Long Bay, along with medium and long duration routes covering Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei. This adjustment aims to provide travelers in the Greater Bay Area with a broader range of vacation options.

This itinerary change optimizes capacity deployment by a Chinese cruise brand in response to market demand. In addition, another vessel from the Adora Cruises fleet, Adora Magic City, will remain stationed in Shanghai, offering routes to South Korea, including Jeju and Busan.

Furthermore, the eagerly awaited second large cruise ship built domestically, Adora Huacheng, is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026. It will commence its international routes from Nansha district, Guangzhou.
