Over 500 job offers made at Nansha recruitment drive

As the only district conducting on-site talent policy promotion, Nansha organized over 100 local enterprises across key industries such as artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, and biomedicine to set up booths, accounting for a quarter of the event's participating businesses.

The event achieved remarkable results, with the Nansha section receiving over 1,700 resumes and 503 job seekers securing preliminary employment intentions. To attract talent, Nansha has rolled out a comprehensive policy support, including free temporary accommodation, travel subsidies of up to 800 yuan for graduates attending interviews, and monthly living allowances of 1,000 yuan ($140), 2,000 yuan, and 4,000 yuan for newly recruited bachelor's, master's, and doctoral graduates, respectively, paid continuously for 30 months.

As the geographic center of the Greater Bay Area, Nansha is accelerating the development of a half-hour bay area transportation circle.
