The 2024 China Cybersecurity Week started in Nansha, Guangzhou, featuring a comprehensive lineup of events to enhance cybersecurity awareness and knowledge. This year's event includes an opening ceremony, a summit forum, five major activities, 15 sub-forums, and six themed days.

The Cybersecurity Expo and Product and Service Fair, running from Sept 7 to 12, spans 10,000 square meters and showcases significant achievements, cutting-edge technologies, and the latest innovations in the cybersecurity field. Interactive zones, such as VR safety experiences and risk identification games, engage attendees and strengthen public cybersecurity awareness.

A highlight of the expo is the "Greater Bay Area, Greater Future" section, where Nansha's booth stands out. Nansha's initiatives to attract investments, talent and build platforms are prominently displayed. The Nansha cyber-nine policy aims to create a vibrant cybersecurity and data service ecosystem, demonstrating Nansha's leading role in the industry. Efforts to attract global talent and establish the Nansha (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao) Data Service Pilot Zone further underscore Nansha's commitment to becoming a hub for digital innovation.

The event also features unique Nansha-themed elements, such as cybersecurity-themed ice cream, which have been well-received by attendees. Interactive activities, including the "City Walk" with 10 cybersecurity-themed checkpoints and the cybersecurity-themed restaurant by Guangdong KFC, offer engaging ways for the public to learn about cybersecurity.
