Notice of the Nansha District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangzhou Municipality and the Bureau of Construction and Transport of the Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone of Guangzhou Municipality on Issuing the Management Measures of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality for Evaluating the Professional Titles of Hong Kong and Macao Professionals in Construction and Transport (For Trial)

Article 23 Matters in relation to the professional title evaluation not yet clarified herein, if any, shall be subject to the Implementation Measures and Matching Regulations of Guangdong Province for Management and Services of the Review of Professional Titles, the Implementation Plan of Guangdong Province for Reforming the Evaluation of the Professional Titles of Technical Talent in Construction Works, the Implementation Plan of Guangdong Province for Reforming the Evaluation of the Professional Titles of Technical Talent in Transport Works and the regulations of Guangzhou Municipality related to professional titles.

Chapter IV Legal Responsibility

Article 24 If the Evaluation Committee fails to receive ratification and filing, or fails to renew ratification and filing after expiration of the validity period thereof, or exceeds the authority or expands the scope for professional title evaluation without permission, the administrative department for human resources and social security of Nansha district will not recognize its authority of evaluation or the evaluation act in excess of the authority and scope; or, where necessary, suspend its professional title evaluation work according to relevant regulations; under a serious circumstance, deprive its organizing unit's authority of evaluation and hold the relevant people accountable according to law.
