Notice of the Nansha District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangzhou Municipality and the Bureau of Construction and Transport of the Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone of Guangzhou Municipality on Issuing the Management Measures of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality for Evaluating the Professional Titles of Hong Kong and Macao Professionals in Construction and Transport (For Trial)

Conditions for Direct Application for Evaluation of Professional Titles (Applicable to the Engineering Professionals of Hong Kong and Macao) shall provide references by two senior engineers of the applicant's specialty (or a similar specialty) or two professors of a related department in a Chinese institution of higher learning.

Article 14 A Hong Kong professional who applies for the evaluation of a professional title in the field of construction work according to the Conditions for Direct Application for Evaluation of Professional Titles (Applicable to the Engineering Professionals of Hong Kong and Macao) may determine his/her specialty by consulting the List of Hong Kong Engineering Specialties and Their Societies Corresponding to the Sub-items of Architectural Engineering Specialty (see Appendix 4-1 for details).

Article 15 A Macao professional who applies for evaluation of a professional title in the field of construction works according to the Conditions for Direct Application for Evaluation of Professional Titles (Applicable to the Engineering Professionals of Hong Kong and Macao) may determine his/her specialty by consulting the List of Macao Engineering Specialties and Their Societies Corresponding to the Sub-items of Architectural Engineering Specialty (see Appendix 4-2 for details).

Article 16 A Hong Kong professional who applies for evaluation of a professional title in the field of transport works according to the Conditions for Direct Application for Evaluation of Professional Titles (Applicable to the Engineering Professionals of Hong Kong and Macao) may determine his/her specialty by consulting the List of Hong Kong Engineering Specialties and Their Societies Corresponding to the Sub-items of Transport Engineering Specialty (see Appendix 4-3 for details).

Article 17 A Macao professional who applies for evaluation of a professional title in the field of transport works according to the Conditions for Direct Application for Evaluation of Professional Titles (Applicable to the Engineering Professionals of Hong Kong and Macao) may determine his/her specialty by consulting the List of Macao Engineering Specialties and Their Societies Corresponding to the Sub-items of Transport Engineering Specialty (see Appendix 4-4 for details).

Article 18 For a Hong Kong and Macao applicant, the procedures of examination, publication and recommendation shall be fulfilled by his/her employer (preferably), or by the implementer of the project for which the applicant is serving
