Management Measures of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality for Evaluating the Professional Titles of Hong Kong and Macao Professionals in Construction and Transport (For Trial)

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 To promote the evaluation of professional titles and recognition of vocational qualifications in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, facilitate the free flow of talent in the Greater Bay Area, create an open mechanism for evaluating professional titles in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and further unblock the channel of evaluating the professional titles of professionals in the fields of construction and transport works from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region in Nansha district, Guangzhou municipality, in accordance with the national and provincial arrangements for deepening the reform of the professional title system and relevant documents, including the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Evaluation of Professional Titles and Recognition of Vocational Qualifications in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Implementation Measures of Guangdong Province for Management and Services of the Review of Professional Titles, the Implementation Plan of Guangdong Province for Reforming the Evaluation of the Professional Titles of Technical Talent in Construction Works and the Implementation Plan of Guangdong Province for Reforming the Evaluation of Professional Titles of the Technical Talent of Transport Works, in light of the realities of Nansha district, these Measures are hereby formulated.

Article 2 These Measures apply to the application for professional title evaluation by Hong Kong and Macao professionals who engage in professional and technical work in the fields of construction and transport in Nansha district.

Article 3 The administrative department for human resources and social security of Nansha district is responsible for the comprehensive management, organization and implementation of the professional title
