10. Support for wider advertisement. For business entities that host agricultural exhibitions, forums (summits), agricultural product promotion (exhibitions), or brand promotion events, or participate in agricultural product promotion (exhibition and sale events), brand promotion, or agricultural competitions hosted by government departments (or trade associations) at various levels, subsidies for booth fees (venue fee), exhibition (participation) fees, and transportation fees may be granted from the district treasury, subject to a maximum amount of 300,000 yuan per event. For business entities that advertise on mainstream media platforms, a subsidy of 20 percent of the advertisement costs may be granted from the district treasury, subject to a maximum amount of 100,000 yuan per entity per year. For business entities that have recently built self-owned brand franchise stores, a subsidy of 20 percent of premise rental may be granted from the district treasury for the first three years, subject to a maximum amount of 100,000 yuan per store per year.

III. Miscellaneous

1. In the case of coincidence of these Measures and other support policies of the same kind of Nansha district, the situation with the largest amount of subsidy shall prevail, unless it is otherwise specified. Business entities entitled to support policies of the same kind issued by superior departments may still enjoy support under these Measures, but the part to be undertaken by the district as required by the superior authorities shall be deducted from the fund at approved allocation. Entities may enjoy the same type of policy support from the higher authority and the district at the same time, but the funds undertaken by the district as required by the higher authority shall be deducted at the time of allocation.

2. The "more than" herein shall include the base number.

3. Support recipients must abide by the laws and regulations of the state, conduct business legally, comply with the requirements on tax compliance and statistical inclusion in Nansha district, and sign a letter of commitment; in case of violation of the commitments, the received subsidy (reward) funds shall be returned.

4. These Measures shall come into force from the date of promulgation, and shall remain valid for three years. From Jan 1, 2021 to the effective date hereof, these Measures shall serve as a reference for implementation.
