Brand B&B (bed and breakfast) operators that establish (or run) quality accommodation facilities in Nansha District may have priority in enjoying the support for agricultural industrialization projects; a subsidy of 45 percent of the total infrastructure investment and a subsidy of the total investment in service facility may be granted, subject to a maximum amount of 5 million yuan per entity per year. During their first three years of operation in Nansha district, brand B&B operators may be refunded 80 percent, 60 percent or 40 percent of their economic contribution to the district.

9. Support for brand creation. Those that have recently obtained the title of Agricultural Health Breed demonstration farm, Agricultural Farm of Fine Breed, or Modern Agricultural Industrial Park at the national (ministerial), provincial and municipal level may be granted a one-off award of 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, or 100,000 yuan respectively; those that have recently obtained the title of Agricultural Park at national (ministerial), provincial, municipal or district level may be granted a one-off award of 200,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, or 50,000 yuan respectively; those that have recently obtained the title of Leading Agricultural Enterprise at the national (ministerial), provincial, municipal or district level may be granted a one-off award of 500,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, or 100,000 yuan respectively; those that have recently obtained the title of "Model Family Farm" or "Model Farmer Professional Cooperative" at the national (ministerial), provincial, municipal or district level may be granted a one-off award of 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, or 50,000 yuan respectively; those that have recently obtained a green (organic)
