commercial organic fertilizer, a subsidy of 300 yuan per ton may be granted from the district treasury. A special fund will be allocated from the district treasury every year to support the protection of the agricultural environment and resources, safe production of agricultural products, and construction of a "vegetable basket" base in the Greater Bay Area.

5. Support for the sales expansion of agricultural products. For business entities that purchase edible agricultural products produced in Nansha district, if their annual actual transaction amount has reached one million yuan - 10 million yuan, 10 million yuan - 50 million yuan, or more than 50 million yuan, a reward of 50,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan may be granted respectively. For business entities that run online stores on well-known e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD and Pinduoduo, if their annual sales of edible agricultural products produced in Nansha district has reached 500,000 yuan - 2 million yuan, 2 million yuan - 5 million yuan, and more than 5 million yuan, a reward of 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 200,000 yuan may be given respectively.

6. Support for innovation and promotion of agricultural technology. A special fund may be allocated from the district treasury every year to subsidize agricultural innovation projects and public welfare demonstration and promotion activities (projects). For agricultural science and technology projects that are approved and funded by higher authorities, supplementary support of 100 percent, 70 percent  and 50 percent of the funds granted by national, provincial, and municipal departments may be granted respectively, subject to a maximum amount of 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan and 1 million yuan per entity per year. For business entities (collectives) or individuals that have obtained agricultural technology promotion awards, a reward of up to 500,000 yuan may be granted from the district treasury according to the award level. For social organizations that provide training to farmers, a training fee subsidy may be granted from the district treasury.

7. Support for rural associations. For any enterprise or organization such as federations of farmer professional cooperatives and agricultural trade associations in Nansha district, that have more than 50 members and have operated normally for more than one year, an annual subsidy of 100,000 yuan may be granted to each enterprise or organization for operation and administration expenses for three consecutive years. For newly-established farmer professional cooperatives and family farms that have operated for more than one year, an annual subsidy of 10,000 yuan
