Nansha to optimize talents serving environmental sector

The plaque unveiling ceremony for the Guangzhou Talent Group was held at Canton Tower on Aug 18 in Guangzhou.

The event has also marked the signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement between the talent development bureau of Guangzhou Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone and the group. 

Guangzhou Talent Group will help Nansha deepen reform in the talent development system and mechanism, building an advanced business environment and accelerating the construction of the international talent special zone. 

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out cooperation in seven sectors, including research on talent development strategy, attracting and cultivating talents, global talent communication and cooperation, and the construction of the Nansha branch of Guangzhou talent resources industrial park. 

They will establish a long, close and sustainable strategic partnership to build a leading full-chain and full-cycle service system in Nansha for professional, marketization, industrialization and international talent development that in China. 

Nansha district has achieved remarkable outcomes in optimizing local talent serving environment. The district has welcomed more than 12,000 high-caliber talents and backbone talents in the past five years.
