Guangzhou's Nansha district recently celebrated a series of achievements at an exchange session for innovative cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Remarkably, a partnership agreement of joint venture firm was concluded between the Guangdong Kingbridge Law Firm, Sun Lawyers LLP of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) and Kuong Iok Kao Law Firm of Macao SAR.

The new partnership firm, located in Nansha, is expected to help foster a legalized business environment.

It will take an active part in exploring high-efficiency mechanisms or solutions that meet the demands of the three places' legal service market, as well as bilateral investment and trade between China and Portuguese or Spanish-speaking countries and regions.

In recent years, Nansha has spared no effort to improve the local government's legalization. It has become one of the first state-level demonstration zones for law-based governments.

Supportive policies for headquartering, settling, business contribution and talent introduction were rolled out to eligible law firms and notary organizations.

Nansha Justice Bureau also ramped up efforts to attract high-end law service entities, offering full chain services tailored to local enterprises.
