A 15-meter-high on-column breaker switch was erected on the north side of Hexing Road and connected by workers to the Hengli F17 transmission trunk line on the south side of the road.

"This facility is used to pick up electricity from the main transmission line and turn it into a temporary power supply through the transformer to the Hengli Island Tip Development Project," said Yang Zhanhao, project manager of China Southern Power Grid Company.

"The temporary electricity rental project has improved power access efficiency and service level, as well as the satisfaction and sense of gain of power customers, " said by a staff member of the Nansha power supply bureau.
