"Importing of parallelvehicles depends on the innovation and supervision system of bonded trade display transactions in the Pilot Free Trade Zone. Enterprises do not have to pay taxes or undergo customs clearance," said Dai Jingmin, manager of Guangzhou Guangjue Automobile Sales and Service.

"With that guarantee, the cars can immediately be displayed and traded at the Nansha Parallel Automobile Exhibition Center," she added.

By making full use of policies such as bonded warehousing and bonded display transactions, the automobile inventory of Nansha port enterprises can be guaranteed, and the business of parallel vehicle importers and exporterscan continue to grow. Customs clearance costs are continuously reduced, and afull industry chain emerges.

In the first half of this year, the number of car bonding and warehousing businesses of the Nansha Bonded Port Area reached 5,924.

In addition, Nansha Customs took measures to respond to enterprises’ applications for customs clearance, established a linkage coordination mechanism with the terminal and the enterprises, and coordinated manpower.
