Since the establishment of the Nansha Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Bureau in March, the former bureau has basically completed the sorting and integration of more than 3,000 law enforcement rights of 14 functional bureaus in 21 fields involving market supervision, food and drugs, industry and commerce, and urban management.

The Guangdong Provincial Government on May 16 issued the Notice of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government on Carrying out Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Work in Nansha, granting law enforcement authority to the Nansha Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Bureau and marking a new stage in Nansha's reform.

The Law Enforcement Fifth Team and the Dongchong Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, more than 20 law enforcement officers and four law enforcement vehicles acted together, checking concrete trucks in Dongchong Town.

Law enforcement officers inspected the trucks and found that one of them was untidy and the tailgate was muddy, which was in violation of the Guangzhou Municipal Construction Waste Management Regulations.

The officers took photos and obtained evidence on the spot, and issued the first Inquiry Notice, On-site Investigation Record and Notice of Correcting Time Limit Correction and other law enforcement documents.

The truck owners cooperated with the investigation and accepted the punishment. The officers have filed the case for further investigation and handling.
