The establishment of an international education park in Guangzhou’s Nansha district and the International 2019 Art and Peace Junior Piano Competition, held on May 19, will help create artistic exchange activities and promote the district’s cultural prosperity and development.
Starting from May 18, more than 70 young pianists from all over the country gathered in Nansha to participate in the finals. The winners of this event will also take part in the German finals to be held in Heimburg, on July 24.
Nansha has become an important transit point for domestic cultural and artistic students to enter the international stage. In recent years, Nansha has continuously held a variety of international events to become an important platform for promoting cultural and artistic exchanges at home and abroad.
Since 2016, Nansha district has held the Asia-Pacific Standard Dance Latin Dance Championship, the China Guangzhou International Model Contest, the Guangzhou Nansha International Sailing Festival and many other events.
