Zhang Shuofu leads Guangzhou delegation to Hong Kong

Zhang Shuofu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and party secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, attended the fourth anniversary of the Guangzhou Association in Hong Kong on March 23.

He also communicated with young people atameeting with the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Zhang said that Hong Kong and Guangzhou are both core engines for regional development with new opportunities for broad cooperation.

He hoped that the Guangzhou Association will better play the role of a bridge and make greater contributions to Hong Kong's long-term prosperity and stability. He also welcomed Hong Kong youth to start their businesses in Guangzhou, saying that Guangzhou will thoroughly study their suggestions and solve any problems.

A number of major cooperation platform projects such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong In-depth Cooperation Industrial Park, Guangzhou International Health Industry City, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Campus will be accelerated.

The integration of infrastructure and institutional rules of the three regions will be realized, and Guangdong will provide a better environment for Hong Kongyouthcoming to Guangzhou.
