Hengli sweet corn is mainly produced in Hengli Town which has been developing sweet corn plantations since the 1980s, and it has witnessed rapid development. At present, the plantation area is as many as 1,500 mu with an annual yield of 4,500 tons. Sweet corn in Hengli carries high sugar content, plump granule, fresh color, easy dissolving in the mouth, and moderate moisture, with the advantages of depressurization, dieresis and cholagogue efficacy. This product has been certified as the pollution-free agricultural product.
