Three major projects in the Guangzhou High-Tech Zone have recently made significant progress.
The Guangzhou Frontier Technology Innovation Industrial Park project has commenced. This project aims to connect cutting-edge and disruptive technologies and introduce advanced technology industries. Additionally, leveraging the industrial aggregation advantages of the eastern center manufacturing industry will drive the transformation of existing industries towards high-value research and development, promote deep integration of technology and industry, and elevate the key industrial chains in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

China Construction Science and Industry Corporation has won the bid for the second phase of the Guangzhou-Hong Kong Science and Technology Cooperation Park project, located on Yunpu Street, with a total construction area of approximately 118,000 square meters. It will construct three factory buildings to attract emerging industries such as smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence, enhancing the collaborative innovation level of the Guangzhou-Hong Kong industries.

Furthermore, China Construction Dongfang Decoration has won the bid for the Yuekai Investment Management Building project, located in Guangzhou Maritime Silk City, with a total construction area of around 100,000 sq m and a planned height of about 220 meters. It will create an industrial complex integrating offices, commerce, and corporate mansions, attracting high-end elements of the digital economy to enhance regional competitiveness and inject new momentum into the development of the high-tech zone.
