Huangpu promotes high-quality development in biomedical industry

The high-quality development of the biomedical industry media research team visited Guangzhou International Bio Island for investigation on Jan 17.

The State-owned property of Guangzhou International Biotech Island started implementing an overall rent reduction policy last year, benefiting 432 leasing enterprises. The State-owned property of Biotech Island carried out two rounds of rent reduction, with the second reduction ranging from 26 percent to 45 percent, benefiting 167 enterprises.

In addition to reducing rental costs, the Guangzhou Development District (GDD) has also introduced innovative measures to help bio-pharmaceutical enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, enhance industrial capabilities, optimize industrial resource allocation, and improve government value-added services.
