On Jan 2, the main structure of the Guangkai Yunhui Science and Technology Financial Center project was topped out.

It comprises two 200-meter supertall towers and two 150-meter high-rise buildings, encompassing six formats, including supertall office spaces, a commercial center, and a five-star standard hotel.

The project's architectural design is inspired by the concept of a cloud waterfall, utilizing curved glass curtain walls to create a unique cloud waterfall facade aesthetic, rejuvenating the appearance of the science city.

Since the initiation of construction in June 2021, the project has completed the topping out of Towers C and D. At present, Towers A and B, which serve as the twin 200-meter landmarks, have also reached full topping out.

This urban complex aims to establish an innovative platform blending technology and finance, attracting companies from technology, finance, and the digital economy.

The project integrates standalone commercial buildings with immersive experiential commercial districts, creating a consumer destination that covers all scenarios, offering light office spaces and a mini-resort experience. The project is scheduled for full completion in March 2026.
