On Dec 23, Huangpu district unveiled the sixth batch of intangible cultural heritage items, encompassing traditional crafts, dances, and medicine, with a total of nine items.
The number of intangible culture heritage items in the district now stands at 44, with 26 at the district level. The items primarily consist of traditional crafts, with six of them being related to Huangpu's renowned cuisine.
Apart from the craft of alcoholic beverage production, the remaining five items are all situated along the river in Huangpu district. Delicacies such as Huangpu eggs, Cantonese beef offal, shredded fish noodles, and chicken biscuits can be found in Nangang sub-district.
