The "Work Plan for Accelerating the Construction of a New Power System and Creating a National-Level 'Dual Carbon' Demonstration Zone" was recently launched in Huangpu district.
This plan innovatively explores a government-enterprise collaborative model that promotes the construction of new energy systems and new power systems through the synergy of digitization and greenification.
The plan highlights boosting investment in power grid infrastructure, advancing digital distribution grid development, expanding clean energy applications, and establishing national-level new power system demonstration projects in rural areas.

In Jixia village, Huangpu is focusing on creating a national-level beautiful rural "dual carbon" demonstration zone to provide model experiences for the construction of new power systems in rural areas across the network.
The Huangpu power supply bureau has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with key district-owned enterprises to promote research on green energy service mechanisms and establish business platforms for policy research, energy management, electric carbon services, and standard formulation.
In the future, the Guangzhou power supply bureau will collaborate with relevant departments to advance the plan, strengthen government-enterprise cooperation, and promote high-quality development of electricity supply in tandem with district economic and livelihood improvements.
