Guangzhou technology company makes Fortune Global Future 50 List

Fortune magazine recently released the 2024 Global Future 50 list, with Guangzhou WeRide Company from China ranking 26th, making it one of the highest-ranked autonomous driving technology companies on the list.

WeRide is the only global technology company with autonomous driving licenses in China, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, and the United States. It has been conducting autonomous driving research, testing, and operations in 30 cities worldwide, with over 1,700 days of operation.

As a star enterprise in the Guangzhou Development District (GDD), WeRide has been dedicated to transforming human mobility with autonomous driving, offering autonomous driving products and services ranging from the L2 to L4 levels. These include products such as the Robotaxi for self-driving rental cars, the Robobus for self-driving minibusses, and the Robovan for self-driving freight vehicles.

The company ranked 8th in Fortune magazine's 2023 Change the World Companies list and was the only Chinese technology company to break into the top 10.
