The CVTE Interactive Intelligent Display Control Product Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project located in Huangpu district is set to be fully operational by 2025.
Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronic Technology Company's project to expand its overseas presence and enhance global competitiveness has received a total of 2 billion yuan ($275.31 million) in investment and has a total construction area of approximately 320,000 square meters, making it a comprehensive industrial park.
Since its launch in December 2021, through the collaborative efforts of Huangpu district and the CVTE team, the project gradually commenced trial production in September 2023, with full-scale production expected to be achieved by 2025, generating an output value of more than 5 billion yuan.

The features facilities such as a pilot line, automated production workshops, and intelligent warehousing logistics systems to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs. Additionally, it houses the Display Control Product Pilot Research Center, dedicated to driving product innovation and technological research and development.
Huangpu hopes to see the introduction of more manufacturing projects, including new projects from CanSemi Technology and Guangzhou Autoliv Automotive Safety Systems, further contributing to the industry’s vibrant development.
In recent years, Huangpu has supported key manufacturing projects through new mechanisms like the "establish partnership" initiative. The construction of these major manufacturing projects will propel the development of related industries and advance the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
