Guangzhou's 2 major pioneering demonstration projects land in Huangpu

On Nov 27, the Guangdong Branch of the China Development Bank signed financing loan agreements with Modern Agriculture Development Group of Knowledge City (Guangzhou) and Lingtou Investment of Guangzhou in Huangpu district.

The agreements are intended to support the development of two pioneering demonstration projects, contributing to the Beautiful Guangzhou initiative.

The China Development Bank provided a total of 737 million yuan ($101.88 million) in loans to the two companies to support the construction of "Beautiful City" model demonstration projects in Guangzhou.

These two major projects include the construction project of the Guangzhou Knowledge City-Jingxia Beautiful Unit and the comprehensive land improvement project of the Lingtou Area in Huangpu, which is also a demonstration project for Beautiful Guangzhou.

The Guangzhou Knowledge City project will see the creation of an ecological garden, interconnected water systems, agricultural land transformation, and a green industrial park, becoming a demonstration area for the integration of urban and rural ecology.

The Lingtou Area project, through land improvement, facade enhancement, and environmental improvements, will help Guangzhou become a pioneer in modern urban agriculture.

The implementation of these projects will bring Huangpu's "Beautiful China" initiative into a new phase, playing a crucial role in rejuvenating Guangzhou's old city and continuing its high-quality development.
