Kechengli, located in the Luogang section of Guangzhou Science City, is designed as a non-standard commercial complex and atmospheric social space. It aims to provide high-quality experiences and enhance the quality of life by combining art, commerce, culture, and entertainment. This trendy business district has already attracted a number of flagship stores, marking their first presence in Huangpu and even Guangzhou.

Furthermore, the core area of Guangzhou Science City is set to establish a cutting-edge science and technology innovation industrial park to help Guangzhou Science City become an internationally influential China Manufacturing Center.

This area is poised to introduce cutting-edge technology industries with a construction scale of 871,100 square meters. At the same time, the area is set to enhance the supply capacity of science and technology innovation facilities, create a comprehensive science and technology service center, promote the integration of technology and industry, and improve the quality of the industrial chain.

Additionally, the planned land plots are set to optimize the transportation system, with the existing Luogang Transfer Center for rail transit nearby, facilitating connections between the Science City and major hubs in Guangzhou. New facilities such as mountain trails and pedestrian footbridges are set to be added to create a convenient transportation system and provide a safe and comfortable walking environment.
