Huangpu targets new industrialization leadership by 2035

Guangzhou's Huangpu district aims to lead in new industrialization by 2035, following Huangpu's call for accelerated progress in this area. 

With a strong industrial foundation, the district has released a plan including a "High-Quality Development of Talent" initiative and a list of AI-enabled industrial applications. 

Huangpu focuses on modernizing its industrial system, fostering new production forces, promoting intelligent and digital transformation, and building a green manufacturing system. 

The district supports these ambitions with substantial investments and policies to enhance digital transformation and industrial upgrading.
