Huangpu launches talent development initiatives to boost new industrialization

Huangpu district's 30 Measures for High-Quality Talent Development policy, launched on March 4, aims to foster talent growth through six key initiatives.

This policy offers up to 5 million yuan ($750,000) in housing subsidies and 20 million yuan in support for entrepreneurial projects. 

Focusing on entrepreneurs, technological talents, and young talents, this initiative demonstrates Huangpu's commitment to valuing talent and investing in creating a quality environment for talent services, thereby driving new industrialization and high-quality economic development.
