OneHub GKC is the first China-Singapore cooperative industrial park in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.

The first phase broke ground in March 2012. It now houses more than 300 enterprises including Singapore Biosyngen and Guangzhou Targene Medical. Many of them are top 500, unicorn or listed enterprises; others are service platforms like the Singapore Business Service Centre and the Sino-Singapore International Joint Research Institute.

A typical Singapore-styled industrial park, OneHub GKC boasts an in-depth integration of industries, city and people. In addition to supportive residences, employees can access banks, cafes, restaurants, a gym, a constant-temperature swimming pool, a basketball court, and a yoga room without stepping out of the industrial park.
