Covering 110,000 square meters, the second phase of Huangpu's Civil Square integrates various functions spanning exercising, chatting, and relaxing.

The gently undulating hill in the square is covered with plum trees and flame trees. In the summer, the grassland is adorned with bright and red flowers, as well as warm sunshine. In the winter, the snow is accompanied by falling white flowers and a light fragrance is wafted along by the fresh breeze. 

No matter what season, visitors looking into the distance from the pavilion on the top of the hill will always enjoy good feelings.
