Gosuncn Technology Group Co Ltd and WeRide have signed a strategic cooperation contract in smart transportation at Guangzhou International Bio Island in Huangpu district on April 23.

Gosuncn Technology Group Co Ltd is a national high-tech enterprise mainly managing businesses based on the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, while WeRide is a smart mobility company that creates leading L4 autonomous driving technologies.

According to the contract, both sides will make full use of their advantages in areas spanning the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), smart transportation, and autonomous driving to push forward the construction and operation of the demonstration zone for smart autonomous driving in Huangpu.

Zhang Li, COO of WeRide, noted that the two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in areas like the research and development of products, pilot demonstrations, market expansion, as well as operation and services to build an industrial ecosystem on IoV.
