GDD assists companies in obtaining export tax rebates

Guangzhou Development District (GDD) has made full use of the 10 measures that have launched by the Guangzhou tax department to better serve export companies during the first two months of 2020.

From January to February, GDD has helped more than 700 export companies in getting over 2 billion yuan in export tax rebates, greatly relieving companies' financial burdens.

The preferential policies have offered guidance for companies to make full use of the export tax rebate policies and accelerate capital turnover.

A service mechanism allowing companies to handle the export tax rebate process online has been set up, in which the local tax department would start the approval and examination process as soon as they receive the declaration from companies, which has been praised as convenient and efficient.
