The South China regional branch  of JD Logistics had received a phone call from the team led by Chinese renowned respiratory scientist Zhong Nanshan that 100 oxygen generators were in need in Wuhan.

After sending 5 tons of detection reagents for the novel coronavirus to Wuhan, the company sent the 100 oxygen generators immediately to Wuhan Hankou Hospital within one day, thanks to the green channel opened by the local government.

The company has also received a handwritten letter of thanks from Zhong, highly praising the company's efforts in the transportation of emergency medical supplies.
