Huangpu's 12345 platform, a government management and service hotline, has gone through upgrades and established a platform for handling emergencies during the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.
The hotline has handled a total of 5,897 affairs from Jan 23 to Feb 18, of which 2,945 of them were directly related to the virus, covering areas such as suspected case appeals, consultations on the latest policies, and reports on illegal price increases.
In addition, the hotline has also carried out promotion on Huangpu's preferential policies to local companies to help them resume production.
