More than 500 members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Guangzhou Municipal Committee convened at Guangdong Zhudao Guest House for the Second Session of the Thirteenth Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPPCC which is being held from Jan 10 to 13. 

The Third Session of the Fifteenth Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress gets underway on Jan 11, and runs until Jan 15.
