Hechi's Bama shares longevity, wellness secrets with global media
Bama, the world-acclaimed "Land of Longevity" in Guangxi, opened its doors to an international media delegation on Dec 3.

From natural wonders, the group turned to Bama's wellness offerings at Bama Century Longevity Park. They explored age-friendly facilities designed to support healthy living and gained insights into the growth of the local wellness industry.
A highlight of the visit was the hands-on experience of traditional health practices: the rhythmic movements of tai chi and soothing ethnic Chinese medicine therapies, such as herbal foot baths, allowed the delegation to immerse themselves in Bama's holistic approach to wellness.

Max Carrera, a blogger with millions of followers, shared his genuine impression of Bama as an incredibly special place. He said that people are drawn to the region by its stunning scenery, relaxed pace of life, and pure water, adding that he loves Bama.
