Yuanyang Cave Scenic Area (4A)

The Yuanyang Cave Scenic Area is located on the waist of Phoenix Mountain, 3 kilometers east of Fengshan county, at an altitude of over 700 meters. It is a double-layer karst cave at a medium-to-high position on the southern edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.

Inside the cave, stone pillars, stalagmites, and stone curtains are abundant, resembling a primitive underground forest. The cave is 480 meters long with a maximum width of 320 meters, maximum height of 52 meters, and an area of 29,000 square meters.

The stalagmites reach a height of 36.4 meters, and many of them have clustered to form unique karst forest landscapes within the cave.
