Hechi to start 27 autonomous-region-level key manufacturing projects

According to the Commission for Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi will advance the construction of manufacturing projects this year.

The Implementation Plan for the Construction Year of Manufacturing Projects in 2023 was recently issued and implemented. It contains the first batch of key manufacturing projects for 2023, and includes 686 projects with a total investment of 1,197.7 billion yuan ($174 billion), a fixed investment of 843.5 billion yuan, and a planned investment of 940.58 billion yuan.

Among them, there are 27 in Hechi with a total investment of 21.8 billion yuan, and a planned investment of about 2.1 billion yuan in 2023.

According to the plan, Guangxi will strive to grow industrial investment in the whole region by more than 20 percent this year. It will also complete an investment of more than 165 billion yuan, start more than 480 key manufacturing projects, and put more than 480 key manufacturing projects into production.
