GUILIN HBM HEALTH PROTECTIONS, INC (HBM Protections), as a garden-style factory, is located at Guilin Economic and Technological Development Area. After the completion of first and second phases, HBM Protections has more than 1000 employees with an area of 56,000 square meters. The planning third phase will cover more 140,000 square meters. HBM Protections specializes in producing condoms, medical gloves, household gloves, industrial protective gloves and military protective gloves. It will become an intelligent manufacturing center for global latex including natural latex and synthetic latex within 3 or 5 years.
HBM Protections built 20 production lines for surgical gloves (single line) with annual capacity of 500 million pairs. This is the biggest one in China and the top three in the world. And its surgical gloves with new materials like polyisoprene (synthetic latex) are the most important. HBM Protections built 4 production lines for condoms with annual capacity of 500 million pieces. Now it plans a newline for polyurethane condoms (synthetic latex), that will lead HBM Protections as a production and R&D center for synthetic latex condoms in the world.
HBM Protections has received certificates like ISO, FDA, U.S.SATRA, CE, PPE, MINISTRY OFCOMMERCE WHITELIST, CCPIT CERTIFIED BRAND, etc. HBM Protections is superior to the production and R&D of new materials with more than 50patents. Besides natural latex material， the new graphene and polyurethane materials are also leading points . These materials can realize the flexible performance for natural latex.
