In order to improve its business environment, the administrative examination and approval bureau of the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) simplified its licensing processes for enterprises in the human resource industry.

The administrative examination and approval bureau of the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ recently merged four required certificates into one comprehensive industrial license, simplifying the license application process for enterprises. By doing this, administrative examinations and approvals have not been adjusted, license examination standards have not been lowered, the rules for certificate numbering have not been changed, and overall supervision and management have not been affected.

Before the reform, commercial human resource enterprises needed 60 working days and 23 documents and other materials to apply for the four certificates. Now enterprises only need one working day to submit 12 documents to apply for a comprehensive industrial license.
