Qinzhou recently shortened the registration process for the right to use its sea area.

On May 23, Qinzhou Huaxi Shipping Engineering became the first business in Guangxi to receive the certificate of real estate rights after signing the contract and paying the sea area usage fee.

In the past, companies had to apply for the right to use sea areas after signing a contract. After approval and paying fees, the companies were then entered into the dynamic monitoring system for sea areas. The whole process took about 14 working days.

In order to benefit enterprises, the real estate registration window of the natural resources and construction bureau in the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone has connected with other departments to share information on maritime nationality investigations, thus shortening the processing time for real estate certificates.
