Nanning holds digital economy service exchange activity
The Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) held a digital economy industry service exchange activity between the government, universities and enterprises.
The Nanning area of Guangxi FTZ has more than 5,000 digital economy enterprises, all of which need a large number of digital economy talents.
In 2022, Nanning University established the College of Digital Economy, which is the first secondary college in Nanning to focus on cultivating digital economy professionals. In the future, it will cultivate a group of high-quality talents who understand digital and real economies.
At the activity, many enterprises put forward the intention of school-enterprise cooperation, and discussed various potential modes of cooperation.
"At present, more than 50 enterprises, such as iFlytek, Huawei and Inspur, have settled in the China-ASEAN Collaborative Innovation Center. All of these enterprises have a high demand for talents," said Wu Yun, deputy general manager of Nanning Yunbao Zhicheng Data Services, the company that built the center.
"We also hope to cooperate with Nanning University to promote the digital RMB in Nanning city," said a staff worker in Nanning district administrative committee.
