Four institutional innovation achievements in the Chongzuo area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), including two reform pilot experiences and two good practice cases, were selected as part of the fourth batch of autonomous region-level institutional innovation achievements in Guangxi.

The Chongzuo area of the Guangxi FTZ has launched a new model to establish a cross-border agency for foreign-invested enterprises, which involves investment reform. It has also implemented the "Vietnam intermediary + Chinese lawyer + investment department" model to attract more foreign-invested enterprises.

It launched the "Inbound and outbound Railway Express Clearance" business model to innovate and reform its customs clearance processes, and utilized the railway Express system platform to realize efficient data transfers between the railway system and the customs system.

The Chongzuo area of the Guangxi FTZ has implemented 81 reform and innovation achievements with cross-border characteristics. Among them, 21 have been replicated and promoted at national and autonomous region levels, and one has been evaluated as the best practice case in national-level pilot free trade zone, which is the only case in Guangxi.
