Ruixian Technology produced its first batch of OLED products in February, driving Guangxi's development in the organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) industry.

Located in the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), Ruixian Technology develops, manufactures and sells OLED micro display chips. It is the first enterprise in Guangxi that features an ultra-clean production factory, and is also the first enterprise in Guangxi to master OLED display technology.

The company's project started construction in the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ in September 2021. As it stands, its ultra-clean workshop construction and production line commissioning will be completed in 2022.

The first batch of OLEDs was produced at the end of February and mass production will begin at the end of March. These products will be used in the VR and AR, consumer electronics, education, medical, and industrial design fields. In addition, the company will reach an estimated annual output of 400,000 pieces.

The company's OLED micro display screen production line adopts the industry's top design scheme and configuration. This will ensure that its product performance index is at the world's leading level.

"The film of the display devices is nano scale, and one wafer needs to be coated with 20 layers," said the person in charge of the Ruixian Technology.

The management committee of the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ helped the enterprise complete plant construction in three months. It has also helped the company with water and electricity security, as it provided water and electricity to the plant 30 days earlier than originally planned.

"Because Ruixian Technology's production process is nano scale, it requires high shock resistance. We have improved the factory's vehicles to reduce vibration impact when transporting these products," said Pei Yun, a management committee staff member of the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ.
