Construction of Qinzhou e-commerce park to finish in May
Construction of the Qinzhou Cross-border Trade E-commerce Industrial Park is continuing and is expected to be completed in May.
The first phase of the park has completed the construction of the main structure, electrical equipment, water supply and drainage, lightning protection and grounding devices, as well as the installation of drainage engineering embedded pipelines. Currently, indoor and outdoor decoration, as well as roofing work are progressing, with the pipe network, roadbed, as well as water and electricity installation scheduled to start soon and be completed in May.
The project is adjacent to Qinzhou Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and located at the key node of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. It is just 1 kilometer away from Qinzhou Port container terminal and Qinzhou Railway Station. The park has already attracted a large number of high-quality enterprises. It currently covers 105 mu (7 hectares) in construction and boasts a total investment of 1.14 billion yuan ($166 million).
The project is divided into three phases. The first phase mainly consists of the cross-border e-commerce exhibition center and industrial incubation area of the park. The second phase will include the cross-border e-commerce incubation center, cross-border e-commerce warehouse, cross-border e-commerce exhibition hall, and Beibu Gulf commodity public service base. The third phase is expected to consist of cross-border e-commerce supporting facilities.
