Ruixian Technology is a high-tech innovative enterprise, mainly producing silicon-based OLED microdisplays. It signed an agreement on a project which was introduced in September 2021, with a total investment of 300 million yuan ($44 million). Upon completion, it is expected to have an annual production capacity of 400,000 pieces, creating 120 new jobs and generating about 100 million yuan in annual tax revenue.
"2022 is a critical period for the construction of the project, and we have received strong support from the Qinzhou Port Area Management Committee, which provides a strong guarantee for the subsequent construction and production," said Hao Liang, general manager of Ruixian Technology.
In June 2022, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission approved Huayi Chlor-alkali to be included in the second round of the fourth natural gas market-oriented reform pilot list, breaking through the restrictions on natural gas franchises, allowing enterprises to have more autonomy and options. It is expected to reduce the production costs of enterprises by more than 100 million yuan per year.
